Vi började bada redan på kvällen med att ta max 500g och det mesta på morgonen istället. För man ska helst vara nerhydrerad under så kort tid som möjligt och den planen funkade båda gångerna jag tagit vikten och det har inte varit några problem för mig. Självklart körde jag på min vanliga rutin och ligger i badkaret tills det känns tillräckligt, sen tar på mig svettdräkten och tar mig mer mot bastun men det var då all problemen kom.. bastun var stängd på Lördagar även fast dom hade sagt "sauna open everyday at 7 o clock". Den paniken som kom då jag hade massa vikt kvar och även Viet hade en del kvar försökte vi med allt vi kunde med att springa, skugga, hoppa och även badkar (1 man åt gången). Men för mig gick det vääääldigt långsamt eftersom jag gått match och kunde inte ens göra hälften av övningarna för det gjorde för ont i låret och fötterna samtidigt som man hade ångest och panik. Med tanke på att jag bantar långt ner i vikt klarar man de aldrig med fel fokus och dåliga förutsättningar.
